The VBRC has an Executive Committee made up of local business owners and private-sector leaders who work in partnership with government, civil society, donors and development partners to meet its mission and strategic goals.

    Glen Craig has an extensive private sector background in policy development, tourism, agriculture and property industry with practical hands on knowledge of the intricacies of the region. He is the Managing Partner of specialist South Pacific advisory firm, Pacific Advisory and Director of Kontiki Capital, a publicly listed company in Fiji.

    Pacific Advisory the largest South Pacific based consultancy and provides a broad range of advisory, consulting and strategic services to governments, financial institutions, corporate firms, regional agencies and institutional investors in the Pacific region. It also provides market entry assistance to investors considering or about to undertake business in the South Pacific.

    Andrew Bohn is the Chief Executive Officer of Ocean Logistics, a Vanuatu-based company which operates in domestic sea-freight, marine civil works, salvage and wreck removal, and oil spill response and recovery.

    Galia Hubbard has been living in Vanuatu since 2008 and is the Owner/Manager of The Hub Vanuatu, Boutique Apartments in Port Vila providing short and long-term accommodation predominantly for professionals and consultants coming to Vanuatu for work.

    Galia holds a Bachelor of Music Pedagogy and Aesthetics from Bulgaria. She performed and taught for many years across Europe, the Middle East, Australia and Vanuatu.

    For the past 13 years in Vanuatu, Galia has managed and developed her business while being involved in variety of community and not for profit organisations projects. She is a committee member of Tourism Owners Association (TOA).

    Corey Huber is Director of Pacific Consulting Limited, an international development consulting firm based in Port Vila that provides technical assistance and project management services to public, private and non-governmental organisations across the Pacific in the areas of climate change, public governance and private sector development. An active member of the Pacific region’s resilience community, he also serves on the UNESCAP Sustainable Business Network (ESBN) Task Force on Disaster and Climate Risk Reduction and the Pacific Regional Federation of Resilience Professionals (PRFRP). Corey holds an MSc in Public Policy and Management from SOAS, University of London and a BA in Political Science from the University of California, Santa Barbara.

    Andrew Middlebrook has over 15 years experience in the Telecommunications and ICT industry, starting out working with Australian mid-sized organisations to utilise communication technologies, specialising in cloud adoption strategies. Following 7 successful years in Australia, Andrew moved to Digicel in Papua New Guinea as the Head of Business to work with organisations to develop technology initiatives to improve business In March 2015 in the wake of cyclone PAM, Andrew joined Digicel Vanuatu to improve resilience for the company and service to its customers, and to encourage technology adoption in industries in the country. In 2018, Andrew joined Interchange LTD, Vanuatu’s own cable network.

    Millie Ogden is the Founder and CEO of 3 Link, an ISP licensee that provides next generation satellite broadband in Vanuatu serving the private and public sectors and working closely with clinics and schools. Her family history in Santo dates back three generations.

    Millie is a finance and data professional. She began her career in the Silicon Valley California as a Data and Financial Analyst at Barra (Morgan Stanley MSCI) and at the Boston Consulting Group’s ValueScience Center. She then developed a digital currency company through relationships she forged between US and Chinese companies in Beijing and Shanghai.

    Millie is the Vanuatu Trade Commissioner to California. She speaks five languages: English, French, Cantonese, Mandarin, and Bislama. She is a graduate of Economics and Psychology from University of California, Berkeley.

    Ginny Stein is a media and development specialist, and director of Blue Sky Vision Vanuatu, a Digital First multimedia content and strategic communications business.

    She holds a Masters in Disaster Resilience and Sustainable Development, a BA in Politics and Communications and is a CASA certified drone pilot. She is a multi-award winning former foreign correspondent who she has lived and reported and filmed stories from across Asia and Pacific, the Middle East, Africa and the Americas for Australia’s two main public broadcasters,ABC and SBS and also for Al Jazeera, the BBC and VOA.

    She is passionate about using technology and media to connect people and communities. “Life and Limb” a collaborative documentary she made with the Forestry Department of Vanuatu was awarded the People’s Prize at the Eugene International Environmental Film Festival in 2020.

    Olivier Fernandez is the director and founder of Gaston Chocolat, a chocolate and fine flavour Vanuatu grown cacao exporting company based in Port Vila.

    Trained as a financial analyst and graduated with honours in finance and business development, Olivier is also a lead consultant on finance/governance and utilities/commodities markets.

    Runs Breadfruit Consulting with his partner Hazel Kirkham. Based in Vanuatu since 2017 Chris has worked throughout the Pacific for over 10 years with public and private organisations of all sizes , SMEs and individual entrepreneurs to help them develop their leadership capabilities and strengths. He is an experienced business coach and mentor.

    Chris works with organisations and businesses to unlock their potential, by taking a fresh look at what’s happening now and identifying strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats; advising on strategies and plans, on how to recruit and retain great employees, and on business resilience; coaching people in key positions to lead more effectively; and training people to do things differently and to do different things – like team working, problem solving, taking more responsibility, increasing productivity and improving service quality.

    Dr. Christopher Bartlett has been living and working in the Pacific Islands for over two decades, and is currently managing the Government of Vanuatu's Climate Diplomacy program. His extensive work with communities, civil society, private sector and governments in the Pacific have shaped his current climate action interests around climate adaptation, biodiversity, development finance and loss & damage. After being awarded a PhD at James Cook University, he joined Nobel Laureate Elinor Ostrom's lab at Indiana University as a post doc focusing on global multidimensional resource management problems. Dr. Bartlett has written dozens of climate policy documents, managed the implementation of multiple national climate change projects, and negotiations on Loss & Damage for the Republic of Vanuatu at the United Nations.

    Eliu Luen is the Group Head of Vanuatu Terminal Services Limited , a subsidiary of Airports Vanuatu Ltd. A logistics and freight expert, he has oversight of all VTS operations covering international air cargo security screening, freight forwarding and aircraft ground handling.

    He was the first National Coordinator of the VBRC at its conception in 2017. With a strong background in Management and Accounting, Eliu has worked over the past 12 years in both the government and the private sector.
